This article describes how to apply a discount coupon to a new plan.
Before you start
- You have to have a Free Plan to do this. If you don't have a Free plan yet, you can get one here: Sign up for Free Cervinodata plan. Or if you already have a plan and received a coupon, you can schedule a free call (here), so we can help you out.
- You have received a discount from our support team.
Step 1: Go to the Subscriptions page
- You can find the subscription page in the top right corner of Cervinodata under Your name > Subscribe (https://app.cervinodata.com/settings#/subscription)
Step 2: Choose a plan
- If the discount is available for any plan, you can choose the plan that fits your needs. If the discount is applicable to a specific plan, you have to select that plan for the coupon to work.
Step 3: Fill in the billing information
- Fill in the credit card details
Step 4: Insert the coupon, then subscribe
- You can enter the coupon you received in the last field of the billing information form.
- !! Please make sure you enter the coupon before pressing the subscribe button
- Press subscribe, and you are GO!
